Title V Grant Success Coach (Advisor)
SALARY RANGE: $34,000; Plus Excellent Benefits
The Title V Grant Success Coaches report to the Title V Grant Project Director. The Title V Grant Success Coaches will help students recognize and achieve their educational goals. Will help students examine school programs, recognize their academic strengths, and select a major. Will also assist in implementing strategies to enhance student retention and graduation and provide a transfer path. Bachelor’s degree required. At least one year of experience as an academic advisor/counselor/recruiter or faculty member in a higher education setting or high school setting. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Note: Title V grant is a five-year grant awarded by the Department of Education.
