Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 - Food for Atrium Health Rehabilitation Mount Holly in Belmont, NC. _The General Manager of food service will have total unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of all hourly staff with a focus on excellent customer experience. Our clients have created a team patient focused environment and this role will be responsible for delivering services that match the environment. Our ideal candidate will be innovative, keeping services fresh and updated based on current trend and company standards.

Atrium Health Rehabilitation Mount Holly is a 40-bed inpatient facility offering stroke treatment, orthopedics and other general rehabilitation. We also offer outpatient services, including physician services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, workers compensation, as well as treatment for neurological disorders

The successful candidate will:

  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • deliver high quality food service;
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • develop strategic plans;
  • create a positive environment;_ and/or
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met.

  • have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
  • can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
  • Preference to demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
