REPORTS TO: Document Management Supervisor

From our Retail team to our Lending teams, we want people who can comfortably interact with clients, no matter how they access our products and services – in person, on the phone, or even online. We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Loan Client Services Escrow Associate at our Kansas Farm Bureau office in Manhattan. 

As a Loan Client Services Escrow Associate you will be responsible for maintaining escrow accounts on our core system. This includes maintaining current and accurate records for the annual analysis of escrow accounts and the distribution of property taxes and annual insurance premiums. This position is also responsible for monitoring and responding to emails and phone calls that are sent to Loan Client Services. Successful candidates must perform all duties in a timely, error free and compliant manner and will be willing to assist with all functions needed. 


  • Maintain current in-depth knowledge of the Jack Henry loan software programs as well as many internet programs used throughout the loan department 
  • Establish and maintain professional business and working relations with vendors, suppliers, clients and other bank staff 
  • Enter all escrow information for loans for all branches into the Jack Henry core system and maintain as required 
  • Monitor reports to ensure taxes and insurance premiums are paid in a timely manner 
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for the annual analysis of all escrow accounts 
  • File all vehicle liens and UCC’s for consumer and commercial loans timely 
  • Monitor incoming emails and respond accordingly 
  • Assume responsibility for any other related duties as required or assigned 


  • A high school diploma or GED is required 
  • An associate or undergraduate degree in finance is preferred 
  • Two years of previous banking experience is preferre


  • An intermediate level of computer proficiency and literacy 
  • Basic math skills required 
  • Able to multi-task and make quick decisions 
  • Able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines 
  • Dependability, adaptability, drive and initiative are essential 
  • Solid internal and external customer service abilities and communication skills 
  • Able to make decisions on your own while working as a team
