Description

Administrative Assistant for Facilities

Private estate in Aspen, Colorado, seeking an Administrative Assistant for Facilities. This position will report to the Director of Property Management.

Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling property management staff;
- Maintaining records for vehicle licensing, insurance and maintenance;
- Tracking inventory;
- Purchasing supplies;
- Vendor research, vendor appointments and invoices;
- Maintaining calendars;
- Assisting in coordinating property management activities; and
- Providing backup support as needed in other administrative areas.

A successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and strong Excel and Outlook skills. Experience with project and/or property management software and a college degree is a plus. Full benefits package offered, salary $70K-$110K depending on qualifications and experience.
