Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center LPN’s are responsible for providing telephonic clinical assessments utilizing approved medical protocols per policy, and recommending an appropriate level of clinical care based on clinical judgment and protocols.


You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from Florida as you take on tome tough challenges.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a function or skill

  • Performs routine or structured work

  • Responds to routine or standard requests

  • Uses existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses

  • Must be able to work independently and have great time management

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Current LPN license in the State of Florida
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and ability to demonstrate proficiency through a provided language assessment
  • 2+ years of experience as an LPN
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • 2 + years of experience using a computer and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
  • HIPPA compliant designated in-home office/workspace
  • AHCA Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Managed Care experience
  • Experience in a call center

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Must have a dedicated office space that is not in open view to maintain confidentiality of member and company information

If the hired individual resides in Florida (office based or telecommuting) this position requires the AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for all clinicians that have direct face to face contact with members OR employees who will have access to confidential patient data and will require renewal every five years.
