Sodexo Convenience Solutions is looking for a General Manager 2 - Vending to lead our warehouse operations in Seattle, WA. Convenience Solutions has over 30+ accounts with over 300+ vending machines within the Greater Seattle market. This General Manager will oversee daily operations including but not limited to route efficiency, merchandising, Micro Markets & Office Coffee Service/Pantry operations.
The General Manager will have prior supervisory experience in VendMAX, telemetry systems, Micro Markets, & Warehouse/Route Distribution. The General Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating a staff of 1 Manager, 10 hourly employees, scheduling routes, managing the warehouse operation to include: inventory controls, food ordering, managing overtime, and ensuring proper fleet maintenance and DOT compliance.

-Management of warehouse and distribution through processes and policy’s. Monitor quality and integrity through planned and unplanned visits and route rides. Plan and implement new processes to delivery highest quality of services
-Central Point of Contact for Client Liaison promoting a solid business partnership - assists in contract negotiations for the system. Provides strategic leadership to the respective units within the system to maintain client satisfaction and retention. Encouraged to drive sales through site visits and partnerships with other divisions as well as new business outside of our food contracts.
-Develops business plan and budget that supports the System and District goals – Reviews and analyzes financial statements and data and other financial information to ensure attainment of financial goals for both the client and Sodexo.
-Maintains Quality & Company Standards – reviews and maintains reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and Sodexo / System Client(s) policies and procedures.
-Responsible for system succession planning/employee development/diversity initiatives/training/constructive counseling. Promotes and supports workplace diversity initiatives.
