Sodexo Corporate Service’s Division has an exciting new opportunity for a Space Planning Project Manager to support integrated facilities management services for a life sciences client in Cambridge Massashusetts. This role will supervise the day to day space planning operations for two multi-site campuses, (composed of 28 buildings) located in Framingham, MA and Cambridge, MA. The campus is made up of a variety of office, laboratory and manufacturing space.
The role will manage and lead a team of Space Planning Managers, overseeing a slate of projects, and facilitating duties related to managing moves, add, and changes of employees, equipment and furniture.
Advanced project management and coordination experience is a requirement, as is previous experience leading and motivating teams. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including client, vendors and service providers and onsite departments is also required.

- Experience with CAD software is preferred
- Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical and or life science environment is a plus
