Primary responsibilities are evaluate bid specifications and drawings to successfully bid and win projects and participate in the conceptual development of construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling and implementation.
Duties include: search various bid sites for potential projects, maintain relationships to gain better pricing from suppliers and/or subcontractors, review bid requirements thoroughly and ask follow up questions on every bid, thorough understanding of the scope for specific trades assigned, submit 100% of bids by bid deadline - no exceptions, consistently follow up on submitted bids, schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines, efficiently use and expand bidding software and project management software, and review drawings with Onsite Project Manager.

Skills and Education: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, self-motivated and punctual, professional in appearance and speech, Associate or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture a plus, experience in masonry a plus, understanding of the pressure and extreme deadlines that are often a part of the job, OSHA 10 certified.
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
