Vice President, Operations/Client Executive 3-Healthcare
Sodexo's Healthcare Segment is in search of a VPO to manage and grow Food Operations, Environmental Services, Patient Transportation and Clinical Technology Services. Vice President, Operations will be responsible for the client relationship with a National System located in Nashville, TN.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual to bring out their leadership skills and demonstrate their ability to build a strong team, deliver operational and financial excellence and establish strong partner relationships with existing and new clients to assist in the growth and retention of their business and showing proven accomplishments. This position will drive program implementation and operational excellence among all HCA hospitals that Sodexo operates in. This role will also be responsible for commercial growth of HCA business with Sodexo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple accounts totaling $80 Million in managed volume. Must have strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills and front-line leadership, in addition to a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships.

- Navigates the client organization through effective communication influencing and persuading at all levels.
- Seeks to collaborate for win‐win outcomes.
- Owns and drives the operational excellence commitment of Sodexo and client.
- Utilizes tools within HC to drive and manage middle of the page (Labor Expense, Raw Materials) to deliver positive outcomes

The candidate must be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN or willing to regularly travel to this location to work directly with the client.
