As the Product Manager for the B2B Ecommerce Software portal, within Rockwell Automation, you are responsible for partnering with product management leadership to develop, evaluate and manage a B2B ecommerce business processes for the Design, Operate, Maintain and Innovation Software portfolio. You will also oversee governance, business processes, applications, data integrations and technology needed in response to the changing business environment. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, IT and Software Operations) to drive new site functionality, global market rollouts, and the optimization of existing functionality to meet business objectives. You will have the opportunity to lead the transformation of Quote to Cash processes for the Software Portfolio as it transitions from perpetual to SaaS business.

Create a multi-phased roadmap for the launch of Rockwell Software in B2B eCommerce portal for Software & Controls business
**Preferred locations are Mayfield Heights OH or Milwaukee WI. We will consider other remote Rockwell US Locations.
What you will do
Perform market analysis and opportunity assessment for the software portal (B2B Ecommerce Platform) feature release aligning to business objectives
Define scope and detailed functional requirements as user stories and collaborate with UX design team for customer experience definition
Identify user personas to serve and educate internal stakeholders including Sales, Market Access & Distributor enablement teams on shipping, payments and assisted selling experiences to offer to B2B customers
Work closely with the product managers to provide requirement clarification, document user stories, prune product backlog and feature prioritization considering business value and delivery complexity
Support Development team in Agile delivery processes like sprint planning, standups, sprint demo reviews, retrospectives, QA and UAT testing for releases
Provide regular program updates, manage production issues, and bug fixes to ensure high customer satisfaction
Support analysis and integration scoping with enterprise systems like ERP, PIM and MDM solutions
Juggle multiple competing priorities and work at both strategic and tactical levels
Generate and implement innovative ideas and recommendations; encourage and support innovative & diverse thinking, continuous improvement and fact-based risk taking in others
Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent experience in product management

9+ years of professional experience including management of L2C or Quote to Cash business processes
Should have B2B domain knowledge and knowledgeable in the Enterprise, SMB and Reseller business user needs
Experienced in Agile delivery methods and using Kanban or Jira for user stories
Strong business acumen, able to lead and make decisions under pressure
MS office word, excel and excellent PowerPoint skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player
Demonstrated history of establishing a strong rapport and trusted advisory relationship with senior management
MBA or equivalent experience is recommended
Lean Six Sigma green is a plus
Technical fluency and broad understanding of modern manufacturing, automation and industrial information practices is considered a strong plus
Experience in software product management including SaaS
Knowledge of the industrial automation market
Knowledge of software development practices, experience in Scrum/Agile preferred
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
Strong relationship skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various functional groups and peer business units.
Experience working with a geographically dispersed team to achieve business objectives
Good verbal and written communication skills
