Sodexo Corporate Services seeks a Project / Construction Manager with experience in a manufacturing environment to lead FM repair and minor construction projects in the Eastern WV and Southern PA region.
The Project Manager / Construction Manager will be based out of the Tabler Station (Martinsburg, WV) plant location. This PM / CM will have technical knowledge of hard services (HVAC, Fire Suppression and Alarm, Crane, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Envelope, etc.) in a manufacturing or industrial environment. A combined total of 6 million square feet PM / CM responsibility with 4 to 5 million dollars of combined project value oversight annually. This position requires project management skills (PMP or other PM credentials preferred) including financial controls, knowledge of GMP (Good manufacturing practices), experience managing external contractors in a strong safety culture, and capable of managing numerous complex projects concurrently.

- Build and foster relationships across Sodexo internally to ensure additional market growth & promotion of comprehensive solutions to the client.
- Collaborate with the management team in providing strategic direction and growth
- Drive solutions that optimize the account portfolio.
- Ensure the organization’s core values are modeled & driven throughout the region.
