Sodexo is seeking an organized, experienced Administrative Assistant 2 for our Fort Wayne Community Schools account, located in Fort Wayne, IN. Fort Wayne Community Schools is Indiana's largest school district providing learning opportunities to more than 30,000 students. The district consists of 61 schools and support buildings. Sodexo provides the district with custodial and light maintenance solutions. The Administrative Assistant 2 provides support to the operations team. We are seeking a Super Star - Drive and follow through are key competencies for this position.

The successful candidate will work on the management and reporting process of our CMMS work order and preventive maintenance program as well as be the point person in our sub finder system. They will also be responsible for weekly and monthly communication publications with staff and clients. A self starter and directed individual that is able to meet deadlines is required to be successful.

The successful candidate will:

  • have solid experience with SharePoint, MicroSoftr suites - (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Advanced Excel knowledge, OneNote), previous knowledge of KRONOS payroll system a plus.
  • demonstrate strong attention to detail;
  • work as a team player and can work independently; and/or
  • demonstrate the initiative to seek solutions, resolve issues and have a hunger to grow and develop in this role.
