Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - noon
If you are looking for extra money for the holidays, this could be the opportunity you've been watching for.
You will need to have experience with basic computers, Excel, data entry, customer service skills, a pleasant phone voice and the ability to listen well and respond to customers courteously. The ability to multi-task is important, as is the ability to work well with others.
Duties will include:
Handling multiple phone calls
Resolving customer account issues
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Other clerical duties as necessary
