Sodexo is seeking a Senior Consultant, Talent & Performance professional!
The Senior Consultant, Talent & Performance is responsible for deployment and execution of Sodexo's core Talent Management processes. This includes creation and implementation of the approach as well as the development and management of the project, change management and communications plans respectively.
This is a regional, North America based role, with Global collaboration. This role consults with segments, service operations, and transversals in diagnosing performance issues and learning needs across the enterprise, and help drive business and enterprise-wide strategy in relation to Talent and Performance Management, including:

• Talent Review / Succession Planning
• Career Path and Development
• 360 Feedback
• Change Management
• Competency mapping
The Senior Consultant is a strategic partner to the business, inclusive of the segments, service operations and transversals, and within Learning and Performance. The Senior Performance Consultant participates in the Learning and Performance Governance Committees.
Demonstrated ability as a Change Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Change Management is essential.
The Senior Consultant, Performance and Organization Effectiveness is responsible for implementing the change management strategy for global and regional priorities to drive policy, process and behavioral change across the enterprise. This role supports Talent integration across NorAm segments, which includes inter-connection of competency mapping, performance and career management, learning and development, and succession planning and supports succession and performance calibration across the enterprise. This role also supports the identification and development of system processes and procedures to guide the business in making talent related business decisions and aligns processes and systems to global where appropriate.
