Remote Inbound Retention Specialist At Gannett we are passionate about the communities we serve. We have one mission, to ensure our award-winning products paired with unmatched delivery foster deep and vital connections among our communities and the world around them.The Inbound Retention Specialist will care for at risk subscribers, listening to their questions and concerns.The specialist will be expected to work remotely from home and align products and services as solutions that provide positive outcomes for subscribers in the USA TODAY NETWORK
Responsibilities
Retaining print and digital subscriptions as part of an inbound retention queue
Counseling and advising subscribers on products that best align with their needs
Satisfy customer needs with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays
Demonstrate the ability to build rapport in a short amount of time
Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
Demonstrate ability to independently troubleshoot home office equipment and internet connectivity issues Independent decision maker
Dependable and punctual Passionate about our customers, product, and the communities we serve
