Description

The City of Webster City Police Department will be creating a Civil Service eligibility list for the position of Police Officer. The Webster City Police Department is a proactive agency of 13 sworn officers and a civilian dispatching staff. The department is interested in enthusiastic candidates who exhibit a desire for individual growth as well as desire to be a member of an energetic team. The testing process is listed in detail in the attached file and includes; physical fitness, written, oral interview, background investigation, psychological, medical and drug testing - testing date TBA.

Qualifications

The City of Webster City is a member of the Municipal Fire and Police Retirement System of Iowa.  Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.  Applicants must meet standards set forth by the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy.
