Develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes to support the manufacture final
Provide technical expertise with both mechanical and controls aptitude to support the automated 100-C manufacturing line and its sub-systems. Must possess or willing to acquire understanding of assembly technologies including robotics, vision, automated product labelling, Tray Feeders, independent cart material handling, vibratory bowl feeding and automated packaging.

Provides strategic technical support assisting in troubleshooting complex systems to resolve crisis downtime situations in Rockwell Automation plant.
Lead, train and mentor others within the Operations team in troubleshooting, assembly technologies and best practices.
Utilize root-cause problem solving skills to develop and lead implementation of continuous improvement, error proofing, ergonomics, yield, and other lean manufacturing initiatives for equipment and processes.
Provide technical leadership for continuously improving the speed, cost and quality of the processes involved in automated assembly.
Develop and implement strategies for the procurement and installation of assembly process improvements.
Proactive, self-starter with ability to lead and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with focus on improvements in a production environment.
Self-directed and able to adjust to changes in priority and scope.
Lead the development and implementation of departmental and corporate strategic plans, project expenses, and capital budgets. Help successfully manage production strategies to meet financial objectives. Prepare and track capital project budgets.
Ability to read and utilize assembly and schematic drawings. Creating formal documentation is a must.
Bachelor's degree Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably high-speed, automated assembly environment.
Mental and visual ability to independently design, develop and implement machinery using Creo/Pro/E solid modelling CAD software.
Experience with Project Management and Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies a plus.
