Position Summary:
Creation and execution of regional marketing strategy o Aggregates marketing needs of sales region o Engages with distributor marketing teams to understand their needs o Creates a prioritized regional marketing strategy o Champions the ongoing education of the Rockwell Automation integrated sales and marketing strategies Commercial planning and event execution o Owns regional commercial plan by facilitating the planning process, leading the commercial plan creation (based upon needs of market and target accounts) o Champions the execution of the commercial plan through the selling organization and our distributor partners o Identifies opportunities for improvement and acceleration of promotional campaigns, sales force engagement, sales lead nurturing activities and customer follow up o Orchestrates all new product launches, including planning, execution, measurement, feedback and continuous improvement o Orchestrates the commercial programs and events by executing headquarters based commercial programs and events, developing local commercial programs and events (as needed) and working with distributor partners on their needs o Communicates commercial plan o Coaches and assists the team responsible for the execution of campaigns, events, programs and launches o Sets goals for sales, funnel, wins, competitive buying influencers (CBIs) for all commercial activities and measures performance against goals Ensures Rockwell Automation is represented in the regional marketplace to be the brand of choice Tracks/monitors opportunities through the CRM system for specific events and growth initiatives to ensure planned ROI is attained Monitors CRM funnel to recommend marketing actions to help convert customers and grow existing accounts Collaborates with the sales development team responsible for generating and nurturing leads for sales efforts with CBI's as well as opportunities identified outside the existing customer base Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with key internal/external stakeholders Ensures thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental). Qualifications : Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in business, marketing, or technical discipline. 2 years' prior experience in marketing Strong understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, etc. Experience with Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and CRM knowledge Knowledge of industrial automation business and related product and service offerings Ability to travel up to 10% of time.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer including disability and veterans.
