POLICE OFFICER CENTRAL BERKS REGIONAL POLICE DEPT will potentially be hiring several Patrol Officers throughout 2021, and we are seeking applicants for our eligibility list. Recruit annual salary is $62,500. REQUIREMENTS: U.S. Citizen, HS Diploma/GED, at least 21 yrs old, valid PA Drivers License, Act 120 certified or trained. MUST PASS THE FOLLOWING: Written test, physical agility test, oral interview, background check, drug screen, psychological test, and physical exam. TESTING: Written and Physical Agility Testing will be held on Saturday, Feb 6, at 10:00AM, location TBA. APPLICATIONS can be picked up at the Central Berks Regional Police office, 2147 Perkiomen Ave, Reading, PA 19606 starting Monday, Jan 4 and must be returned no later than Monday, Jan 25. Office hours are M-F, 8AM-12PM and 2PM-4PM. Completed applications must be accompanied by a $30 non-refundable application fee, payable by cash, check, or money order.
