Description IT-ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT (Morrisville, NC): Deploy, configure, & support Skype for Business & Lync core functionality & integrated products, such as Actiance Vantage, Verba, Video/Audio Conference, Polycom Phone system, Sonus SBC & Acme SBC. Provide support for Lync & Skype for Business & Unified Communications & Voice Over Internet Protocol (UC/VoIP) integrated products & tools. Design & develop programs that automate provisioning, de-provisioning, & ethical compliance of users & their role based access including reporting automation. Debug complex network VoIP flows & fix issues. Coordinate with internal & external parties & vendors to fix issues & bugs. Design, deploy, & integrate Application Program Interface UC tool & products for new business requirements, new versions, & new branch offices. Suggest & implement improvement ideas based on current incidents & design new support flows for improvement.
