Description Burgess Health Centers Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Speech Therapist The right candidate will be responsible for the evaluation, assessment and initiation of physicians prescribed program for speech therapy services to patients in their home. The Speech Therapist will be a registered speechanguage pathologist and shall be licensed by the state of Iowa and/or Nebraska and maintain a current license in full force and effect during the term of employment. Must meet all Medicare program requirements for speech therapists.
