Job Description

Project Management:

  • Manage project development and execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope.

  • Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables.

  • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects.

  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information trends.

SharePoint - EnableMe

  • Enable Supply Chain functions to create new and maintain SharePoint sites as SME.

Document Development and Control:

  • Provides training to the Supply Chain function on the use of approved templates and frameworks, writing of accurate and complete documentation.

  • Guides functional SMEs in the creation, development, planning, writing and edits of documents including recommending formats best suited for the need.  (EnableMe platform, Work Instructions, Job Aids, videos, etc.)

  • Uploads content into document control system, assigns document numbers.

  • Coordinates audits of documentation to ensure the function has reviewed and approved their accuracy per established schedule.

  • Updates control logs and prepares status reports.

Education:

  • Four year college degree. Supply Chain, Organization Development, HR

Desired Qualifications:

  • PMI

  • Consistently demonstrates proficiency in the areas of professional expertise relevant to the role\

  • Project management experience creating plans, managing global-cross-functional team members, leading team meetings, following up on action items and delivering results.

  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • An experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves wide range of issues in create and effective ways.

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
