Description Town of East Lyme CERTIFIED POLICE OFFICER $28.43 - $30.13 per hour The East Lyme Police Department is seeking POSTC certified police officers or Connecticut State Troopers who have retired in good standing, who are eligible for lateral or comparative POST certification for the position of Police Officer. The candidate will be required to successfully complete a written exam, oral interview, thorough background investigation, psychological, polygraph and physical exam. The candidate must possess and maintain as a condition of employment a valid State of Connecticut driver's license and have an excellent driving record. A copy of the current POST certification if applicable must accompany the application. Applications are accepted through the www.Policeapp.com website.
