Accountant Miami-Dade (Miami) Responsible to prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets and prepare reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards. Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
