Krackeler Scientific (www.krackeler.com), a distributor serving the life science research marketplace, is seeking a versatile, enthusiastic office professional for immediate full-time employment as an Administrative Assistant. We are a sales organization in need of the right person who possesses a variety of both customer service and organizational skills and a willingness to learn and grow with our firm. Duties will include answering phones, printing and distributing orders to the Customer Service team, filing, coordinating correspondence and other assistance for our CEO, ordering supplies for the company, creating essential monthly reports, and other office functions as needed.
The successful candidate must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and computer skills are needed.
