You’ll be a great fit if in addition to a high school diploma and three years of related work experience you have:
Excellent verbal and written communication Comfortable working at a desk and talking on the phone for extended periods of time Basic math skills, great computer knowledge and advanced typing skills The ability to speak a secondary language is always a plus
