Director of Operations wanted by Med-Data, a hospital & physician revenue cycle mgmt co. in Draper, UT. Dvlp, plan, & direct, activities of team of patient advocates. Ensure compliance w/ co. policies & all applicable regulations, incl HIPAA, & federal/state regulations related to operations. Train & supv patient advocates in identifying all payer sources & potential coverage for insured, under-insured, & uninsured patients, & in explaining fin'l assistance options to patients. Reqs: Bach's Deg in Finance, Acctg, Healthcare Mgmt or related & 3 yrs of exp in job offered or 3 yr as Accountant in hospital revenue cycle mgmt industry.  Reqs 3 yrs working w/ HIPAA, ACA, EMTALA regulations, & Medicaid eligibility reqmts.
