These positions are for Overnight (11pm-7:15am) with a shift differential of $1.00/hr or Evening (3pm- 11:15pm) with a shift differential of $0.75/hr. You'll work one day every weekend, with days off during the week. Starting pay is $14.00/hr with $0.50 pay progression after 90 days.
$600 hiring incentive after 6 months of employment.

Our operators are at the end of the line for getting our cups, bowls and food containers to our customers. We send high quality products that will be used to serve drinks or store and preserve your favorite foods. You will monitor the quality of the products as they come out of the molding machines and pack them for shipping. There may be times when things slip through, so doing re-inspections of products is also part of the job. Following directions, monitoring output and assisting with keeping a clean work environment are all important as an operator.
We are willing to train you and are looking for dependable people. Making it to work when scheduled is essential to meeting customers' needs. Being here also helps with getting a full paycheck, earning additional paid time off, and getting bonuses.
We do have some basic qualifications. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required. We are constantly standing and moving so being able to walk, sit, bend, twist, push, pull and lift (up to 35 lbs.) Being able to see clearly (with or without corrective lenses), especially distinguishing color variations and detecting defects. Safety is our number one priority, so being able to recognize sounds and alarms, and work in a safe manner is very important.
