Location: United States of America California (remote)
Oversees execution and completion of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects. Manages client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversees performance of the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, or system integration projects or engagements. Provides budget analysis, labor planning, and coordination of activities between client and company personnel. Typically utilizes management skills more than technical skills. Serves as mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products to clients. Monitors project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Demonstrates a solid understanding of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) project design and deployment methodologies, the Project Manager will work with the MES project team to define target architecture and apply customer objectives into the approach.
Design activities will analyze business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
Lead the project team in performing and organizing work activities such as requirement workshops, design, application development, testing, installation, configuration, validation support, and troubleshooting of system installations..
Demonstrates working knowledge Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk ProductionCentre Application Suites (PharmaSuite).
Demonstrated high level of manufacturing operations business acumen and ability to understand and translate customer requirements and process flows.
Showing strong team spirit in areas like knowledge sharing, take ownership for project deliverables, and project executions.
Demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset and being open to take on new challenges.
BS in Engineering or Computer Science related discipline or other technical degree

Willing and able to travel and work at customer sites when needed. Travel can vary on assignment but can typically average 30%
2+ years' experience in an engineering environment.
Demonstrated high level of manufacturing operations business acumen
Ability to communicate effectively across all organization levels both internally and with customers and in a matrix organization environment.
