With over 30 years experience, Rhino Marking & Protection Systems provides innovative damage prevention products across a

variety of industries; our full array of products includes our patented TriView marker, custom signage and preventative

products to advance asset protection.

This position is at our manufacturing plant in Waseca, MN. At Rhino, the Customer Care Representative will work very closely

with our Damage Prevention Consultants and our Customer Service Representatives. This position will include facilitation of orders and

potential orders that require organization, research, and approvals. This role requires the ability to create and log quotes,

product knowledge, and provide internal support.

Summary:

Responsibilities:

Help ensure that we are providing the best solutions for our customers
Create positive relationships with customers, reps and our internal team

Understand our products, industry specific custom applications, and regulatory requirements

Create quotes and help track down necessary requirements to fulfill orders

Liaison with our Damage Prevention Consultants and Customer Service Representatives

Assigned Tasks:

Create quotes as necessary

Ensure order details are complete for Customer Service Reps

Work closely DPCs and CSRs to resolve order issues

Coordinate artwork on inbound orders with the artist and the customer and ensure art finalization

Review artwork for regulatory compliance Assist in customer order placement, pricing, and other inquiries

Assist Damage Prevention Consultants: Generate and pass along sales leads, provide formal price quotes, update customer activity

Job Requirements: Minimum two years of experience as Customer Service Representative

Administrative needs as necessary

Experience with ACT! Software

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience working in a production environment

Candidates must pass a pre-employment background, drug screen and be eligible for employment without sponsorship
