Description

CFO/Deputy Executive Director for the Danville Redevelopment and Housing Authority The Danville Redevelopment and Housing Authority is seeking a CFO/Deputy Executive Director to manage accounting operations for the
Authority's Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs. Monitors expenditures and prepares monthly financial statements and administrative reports; performs and supervises accounts receivables, accounts payable,
payroll, accounting records, handles grant administration accounting, etc.
Supervises staff of 3; serves as staff support to the CEO/Executive Director
in accounting and human resources. Requires Bachelor of Science degree in
accounting, finance, or business administration plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in government accounting, to include a minimum of
3 years of management experience. Five or more years of direct experience working as an Accounting Manager/Finance Director at a public housing
