The Wood Group is hiring an Administrator for IDD Group Home in Robinson, TX. Fulltime position M-F (2pm to 10pm). Experience working with IDD clients is preferred. A high school diploma/or equivalent is required. Benefit package included.
Job duties include:
Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Must be on duty 40 hours per week and must be available by telephone after hours and on weekends.
On call rotations
Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training of all staff members
Be familiar with The Wood Group's policy and procedures to include employee handbook.
Complete monthly administrative training as well as monthly training for staff members.
Responsible for assuring that all state standards and facility procedures are implemented, followed and updated as required.
Responsible for assuring all residents are treated with dignity and respect.
Scheduling staff shifts and contacting HR with any staffing concerns.
Working hand in hand with the Behavioral Health Authority on all issues and concerns of the residents.
Immediately report all abuse, neglect or exploitation and medication errors to The Wood Group's Client Rights Officer.
Performs related work as assigned by Corporate Officers.
