Full Job Description:

This position requires VERIFIABLE experience in the construction field. This is a MUST!

The role of a Construction Prep & Detail Tech should be able to perform punch-list repairs in units as needed. Must have knowledge of the following:

- Carpentry

- Painting

- Minor electrical, fixtures, wall plugs

- Drywall, taping, and texture 

- Caulking

- Replace  base molding

- Minor repairs on doors & cabinets

- Must be able to lift more than 40 lbs. 

- Must have reliable transportation

- Good communication skills are a must. 

- Bilingual preferred


Job Type: Full time
