Crew Supervisor @ LanDesign Inc in Ocean County, NJ. Supervise 2-3 landscape laborers by coordinating, organizing, executing activities of projects, collab w/cowrkrs & partners on jobs, provide property maint, clean up/take down, coord/execute projects, operate tools/equipmt incl. lawn mowers & blowers, & complete/submit all req paper wrk daily to bookkeeper. Must drive company vehicles, do phys activity (lift, hoist, pull, push, reach, walk, stand, crawl, climb, & rapid mental/muscle coordination), lift & carry min 50 lbs, wear & maintain uniform provided, regular attendance & punctuality req, follow personnel & safety procedures. Wrk is outdoors & may involve exposure to various weather, temps, loud noises, dust, fumes etc. Must wrk well w/other employees, clients, & public.
