Description SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT-ENGINEERING Oversee development of TutorMe-related applications; develop strategic plans and set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services. REQUIREMENTS: Must have 4 years of experience in job offered or as Chief Technology Officer. Must have 4 years of experience (can be gained concurrently with the above experience) in: leading engineering recruiting processes and setting standards for hire; building a large-scale web application using modern lean product development technologies; JavaScript framework with React, Angular, and jQuery; server-side JavaScript (Node.js); Python web frameworks including Django, Pyramid, Flask; AWS stack: EC2/ECS/RDS/ Cloudfront; Modern HTML and CSS; RDBMS experience with Postgre SQL and MySQL; Real-time technologies including WebSocket and Web RTC; DVCS experience with GIT and Mercurial; CI/CD experience including one of the following: GitLab or Teamcity; Cloud infrastructure, building at scale, and test automation; DevOps including Ansible, Chef, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
