Guest Services Pool Attendant

Position Summary:

            Palmilla Beach Resort Golf Club in Port Aransas, TX is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Guest Services Beach Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to all of our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures customer satisfaction and positive relations through daily interaction with all guests
• Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous and friendly service to all guests and employees
• Works pool entrance to ensure all guests entering proper credentials and are obeying pool rules
• Prepare and maintain cleanliness and organization of outside areas, including pool, pool furniture, and restrooms in pool area
• Deliver excellent service to all guests at the pool, including providing Food and Beverage Service
• Works in conjunction with Welcome Center staff, practicing positive communication and teamwork at all times
• Operating, maintaining and cleaning beach carts, and other equipment in a safe manner
• Expected to arrive on time, in professional attire, with positive attitude
• This position will require frequent standing, walking, light lifting, and working outside in all weather conditions
