Duties: Manage enterprise level technical projects end-to-end and provide business implications. Monitor the health of the initiative and advocate for the project through its lifecycle. Manage project management and financial rigor to ensure planning is realistic and support strategic objectives and timing during the planning processes. Identify and evaluate the project benefits, risks, issues, and changes and demonstrate business requirements and specifications. Provide recommendations to program management and business stakeholders based upon feasibility, benefit, risk, and resource capability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: Agile methodologies and tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint; PMI ACP; programming tools: Java J2EE, and JavaScript; data modeling; RESTful service and JDBC to retrieve data and build custom JSON or SQL queries to automate reporting; ActiveMQ, WebSphere, and database technologies such as DB2, PostgreSQL, Oracle or NoSQL; public and private cloud technologies such as GAIA or AWS (public); software design and development; and Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
