EQUIPMENT OPERATORS

STARTING SALARY - $22.80 PER HOUR

Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in operation cranes or heavy equipment highly desired.

Job Requirements:
• Capable and willing to operate all of major types of container field equipment to include, but not limited to: jockey truck, forklift, forklift with chassis flipper attachment, toplift (full and empty), RTG, Grunt, and RMG; operating in a safe and efficient manner while loading and unloading containers and chassis.
• Possess working knowledge of heavy equipment to facilitate the operation of RTGs and container cranes.
• Must have good hand-eye coordination and depth perception skills.
• Must be able to lift, climb, and work at high elevations required.
• Must be able to work shifts to include nights, holidays, and weekends.

All positions must meet the criteria for and obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). Valid state driver’s license required.
