Receive printed materials, supplies and parts with written documentation for all items. Distribute material to designated areas or persons and maintain an organized storage of pre-printed inserts.

Receive incoming products and loading outbound materials

Unload and document all items coming into the building at the packaging loading dock

Supply sample copies with counts and bill of lading of pre-prints to advertising dept.

Organize pre-print storage and stage ads for upcoming runs

Separate ads with multiple drops and different versions

Communicate any discrepancies, unusual ads or damaged products with the manager or supervisor and advertising pre-print coordinator

Load outgoing materials including commercial products

Ability to load and unload trucks
