Public Safety Dispatch Supervisor The Public Safety Dispatch Supervisor manages the daily operations of the town's combined Police, Fire and EMS 911 Emergency Communication Center. Supervisor plans, organizes, schedules, assigns work, and evaluates performance of Dispatchers and provides leadership to the Emergency Communication Center. Supervisor is also responsible for performing 911 duties assigned to a shift. Applicants should Possess strong leadership skills, experience in managing and supervising. Candidates with Massachusetts state 911 certifications or prior experience working with emergency services including public safety radio, telephone and computer networks is preferred. Comprehensive background check, including CORI screen are required for this role. Salary: Grade 12.
