We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician who will take responsibility for completing work orders and other required tasks in order to upkeep good condition and functionality of premises. 

Greentree Condominium is looking for a maintenance technician.  This person should have basic knowledge of plumbing/electrical/general maintenance.  They will need to walk the property to pick up trash and keep the grounds looking nice and presentable.  Would like to have someone who lives within 30 miles of South Weymouth as there will be times they would need to be on-call for snow removal.  Offering competitive compensation and benefits.
