Wal-Mart is seeking an
Advanced Analytics Manager III in
Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to consulting w/ sr leadership/ bus. partners (e.g., Sr. Directors/Directors) to understand overall goals/functional objectives, decipher key bus. challenges, identify tactics to anticipate & mitigate bus. challenges/issues & dvlp potential success criteria. Bachelor’s or equiv in Bus., Fin., Accnt’g, Stat. or rel. field + 4 yrs of exp in data analytics or rel. field; OR 6 yrs of exp in data analytics or rel. field. Skills req’d incl but not limited to exp w/: Aggregating data, query writing using SQL, R & SAS, creating efficiencies through automation of code, KPI identification, delivering recommendations based on data analyses, dvlpmt of dashboards; Advanced prog’g skills in SAS & SQL to automate complex dashboards using a combination of database building w/ SQL, Teradata to automation using Alteryx, visualizing using Tableau, Cognos & analyzing w/ SAS, R; Dsgn’g & implementing CRM databases to build complex mrkt’g advertising tech & tech frameworks (research & deployment of CRM).
