Description ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN: (Job located in Coral Gables, FL) Analyze technical and architectural implications of art installations, calculating weights, space/site requirements, and stress factors of art projects aboard cruise ships, prepare technical documents and reports; prepare drawings confirming/updating dimensions, elevations, configurations; validate smart art and the art installations maintainability and compliance with marine construction standards/ requirements, prepare yard notes; generate installation plans and inspect installations to ensure strict adherence to all technical requirements. Work with Maya 3D; SketchUp and AfterEffect. REQS: Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 2 yrs exp in the job or 2 yrs exp working with technical architectural projects aboard cruise vessels, using the listed tools/software.
