We're a highly collaborative team looking for a passionate engineering program manager to help us quantify reliability risk, support failure analysis resulting from reliability tests, and advise the executive team on the best path forward. You will be responsible for technical management of development projects to ensure our reliability activities are aligned with key program landmarks. You will partner with multiple engineering teams from the beginning to the end of a product lifecycle, while exploring new technologies and understanding how customers will use our products. You will regularly collaborate with engineers and present to leaders across multiple teams, giving you lots of visibility and opportunities for growth.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence others by filtering and distilling relevant information for the appropriate audience
  • Able to effectively lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity of how technologies work
  • Able to effectively prioritize, drive decisions, and problem solve while working both collaboratively and individually
  • Remains flexible and focused in the face of uncertainty, with an ability to quickly adapt to different audiences and new situations
  • Experience creating schedules, handling program finances, and tracking budget
  • Willing and able to travel to Asia
  • Experience working closely with multiple teams to drive closure of technical issues and communicate risk is a plus


In this role, you will work closely with reliability engineers, cross-functional teams, and leaders across the organization to drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives. You will create schedules, handle program finances, and track the budget for our laboratory test equipment, consumables, and other resources. You will also organize and lead meetings and will be held accountable for ensuring all action items are closed out in a timely manner. Coordinating the bring-up of labs around the world with several internal and external partners and reviewing progress of critical validation to ensure proper coverage and highlighting and mitigating program/schedule impacting risk will also be parts of your responsibility.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering field or 3+ years of relevant work experience
