Today, we are a global organization that powers ads in Apple News and Search Ads in the App Store. We're looking for a smart, motivated and experienced executive assistant to support the head of our Ad Platforms Engineering team. Is that you?

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6-8 years experience supporting senior level management in an administrative capacity
  • Experienced calendar manager who can make informed prioritization decisions
  • Able to understand assignments and complete them with little to no follow up from assigned leaders
  • Critical thinker with meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to be organized and innovative in ambiguous situations
  • Resourceful and able to work collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with a strong sense of professionalism
  • High level of integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in Apple products and programs such as Mail, Calendar, Pages, Numbers and Keynote

Description

In this role, you will provide administrative support to a Senior Director, managing the calendar with precision, understanding priorities and ensuring most efficient use of time. You will act as a strategic partner with the leader to continually improve productivity. You will arrange travel; coordinate and manage meetings, all hands, and offsite events. You will attend meetings capturing key decisions, tracking action items and working with assigned leaders to ensure appropriate follow up. You'll also work closely with our global administrative support team sharing best practices and recommending changes to ongoing processes in order to improve organizational efficiency.

BA/BS degree preferred
