Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments
• Provide appropriate evidence based psychotherapy to individuals and families 
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records
• Attend supervision and staff meetings

Qualifications:

• Licensed (State of Michigan) master’s level social worker (LMSW)
• Experience working with a variety of patient concerns and populations
• Strong interpersonal, written, oral communication and computer skills
