Responsibilities:
- Reconciling the Ecommerce (B2C) AR account, which includes looking up information in Paymetrics XiPay, PayPal, SAP, and Hybris backoffice.
- Settling ecommerce credit card refunds in Paymetrics XiPay.
- Communicate with Credit Operations Manager and Accounts Receivable Supervisor on issues or analysis.
- Possibly communicate with different areas of IT on open issues.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of data input.
- Good written and verbal communication.
