Description

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling the Ecommerce (B2C) AR account, which includes looking up information in Paymetrics XiPay, PayPal, SAP, and Hybris backoffice.
  • Settling ecommerce credit card refunds in Paymetrics XiPay.
  • Communicate with Credit Operations Manager and Accounts Receivable Supervisor on issues or analysis.
  • Possibly communicate with different areas of IT on open issues.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of data input.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
