Gradall Industries has an opening for an experienced Safety/ISO Manager in New Philadelphia, Ohio. A qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain compliance with OSHA Parts 29 CFR 1210 as well as cardinal knowledge of record keeping guidelines in OSHA 29 CFR 1904.

Extensive experience with OSHA compliance training is required. Understanding in depth knowledge of performing root cause analysis and identifying corrective actions will be needed to be successful in this position, which entails knowledge, skills, and ability to influence persons at all levels of the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining ISO certification.

We are seeking a minimum of three to five years of safety compliance, safety training, and safety record-keeping experience. Must have some college. Preference will go to those candidates who’ve earned a bachelor’s degree. The ability to plan, organize, follow up, and make decisions is required to be successful in this position.
