The CSE Operations Analyst Associate is responsible for the accurate capture and processing of data related to Rocket CSE customer delivery projects. This includes maintaining customer delivery projects throughout the full lifecycle from creation through closure. Provides essential daily maintenance of the systems which support the CSE project delivery business, responding to internal business requests for maintenance of project data, user setup and training, proper user permissions, project billing rules, project closure and supporting monthly revenue processing. Follows standard operational procedures using systems and business applications as designed. Develops subject matter expertise required to investigate and address issues and discrepancies, assists the business user community with reporting and general requests for information. Assists with maintaining system and data integrity. Makes recommendations for continual improvement and automations in operations processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures CSE Operations processes are followed correctly to maintain operational data integrity, which is essential to enable recognition of Rocket services revenue and provide customers with accurate invoices.

• Develops credibility as SME on Rocket CSE Operations processes, data, and systems.
• Develops conceptual and technical knowledge of Rocket business processes which integrate with CSE Operations processes.
• Demonstrates capability growth as a result of provided training.
• Assists with onboarding of new entities and acquired companies as relates to CSE Operations.
• Liaises with Finance, Sales Operations, all CSE functions, IT and others throughout Rocket as directed.
• Ensures that constituent needs have been met and CSE Operational tasks are completed correctly and on a timely basis.
• Provide input to CSE Operations team for process improvement and automation opportunities.

• Assists with testing of new or changed CSE Operations software features and process changes to ensure integrity of systems is maintained or improved.
• Meet operational timelines and deadlines, alerting CSE Operations leadership of any concerns in order to avoid disruption of service or missed commitments.
• Work as an effective team member in daily, monthly, and exception operations.

• 2+ years in related position
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with prioritizing continual requests from multiple streams and keeping to established schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce, OpenAir, and Oracle
• Experience with reporting tools and working with data
• Experience creating and maintaining written procedures
