The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) in Tysons, Virginia is a Talent Initiatives (Workforce) Manager to be part of a dynamic and collaborative local government team. This is an opportunity for a Manager to promote and represent the County and the Authority, and involves being in direct contact with industry and academic partners to manage the strategy and target multi-generational talent attraction and retention.

The position requires a strong collaborator, advocate and partner with the ability to work effectively with company executives, academic partners and key stakeholders. Must have experience in managing a strategy and effectively delivering results. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelors degree and three to five years of work experience in a relevant field is required. Specialized knowledge of workforce and education programs at local, state and federal levels preferred.

Salary range is $70,000 to $75,000.
